You can apply for a return within 7 days after receiving your order.
2. Condition for Return &Refund;
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging;
• Products with broken seals, opened packages, or signs of use cannot be accepted.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included;

Step 3: Send the item back in its original unopened condition.( Shipping is charge on client's end)
4. Refund Process &Refund
• Once we receive and inspect your unopened item(usually takes 7 days), we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
• It usually takes 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If you did not see your money back, please contact your bank and also notified us, we could help.
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong order.
