**How to place your order:**

Choose how many balls you would like.
We offer 3 balls, 5 balls, 10 balls, and 20 balls.
Each ball contains a bag or an accessory.
- 3 balls include 1 to 2 bags
- 5 balls include 2 to 3 bags
- 10 balls include 4 to 6 bags
- 20 balls include 8 to 12 bags
The remaining balls will be accessories, such as bag charms, notebooks, and other lovely little things!
- Pick your favorite color.
We have many options, like red, pink, brown, and more! If you would like two or more colors, you can select one color first, then write down all the colors you want in the Note section. For example, if you want red, yellow, and white, just choose the red option and write in the note that you would like red, yellow, and white. If any color works for you, simply pick the Random color option! - Add a packing video (optional).** Once you have decided on the number of balls and your colors, if you would like us to record the fun and extend the experience, you can add one packing video for 20 USD. The packing video will be posted on our social media — it goes on TikTok by default, but if you would prefer us to post it on Instagram, just let us know in the note! If you want us to tag you in the video, please also put your TikTok or Instagram username in the Note section.
If you have a favorite style, like Lulu, CC, or Co, please write that in the note as well. We will do our very best to fulfill any requests left in the note. However, please remember that these are Surprise Balls — items are assigned randomly, so we cannot guarantee specific item requests. If your note has quite a lot of requests, it may take us a little longer to get your order ready, so thank you for your patience!
**After order**
There will be an order comfirmation email with your order number automaticlly sent to the email you put in with us, if you have any question, reach out to us with that order number.
**Preparation time:** - Order with packing video: around 10 days - Order without packing video: around 7 days

- North America: 2 to 3 weeks
- Europe: 1 to 2 weeks

**Shipping areas and shipping fees:**
We ship to MOST countries, and most countries qualify for Free Shipping. However, due to different policies, a few countries may have a small shipping fee. Please check the shipping cost at checkout for the exact amount.
